Legal
Privacy Policy.
Effective date: July 2026. This policy may be updated as our practices change.
This policy explains what information Everdrive collects when you visit this site, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep this short and plain. If you have questions, reach out via the contact page.
What We Collect
Depending on how you interact with this site, we may collect:
- Analytics data. Page views, approximate location (country or region), browser type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Email address. If you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address to send you store updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Order data. Name, shipping address, email address, and purchase history. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including web beacons (pixels), server log files, and embedded scripts, for analytics, measurement, and to remember your preferences. Analytics cookies are anonymized. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not function as intended.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the site and understand how visitors use it.
- To send store updates if you opted in.
- To process and fulfill orders.
- To respond to support inquiries you send us.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third Parties
We work with a small number of third-party services:
- Analytics. We use website analytics software to understand site traffic in aggregate.
- Email platform. If you join the email list, your email is stored with our email service provider.
- Payment processor. All payment transactions are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Advertising pixels. We may use advertising and measurement pixels (such as those provided by Meta and Google) to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We choose partners that take data protection seriously.
Advertising, Tracking, and Your Choices
Advertising pixels may collect identifiers such as cookie IDs and pages viewed to build ad audiences. Under some laws, including California's, this kind of sharing can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even though no money changes hands. You can opt out at any time:
- Ask us to opt you out of ad-related sharing via the contact page (subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information").
- Use industry opt-out tools such as optout.aboutads.info and your device's ad settings.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard, this site does not currently respond to them, but the opt-out choices above are always available. Where required, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
SMS Marketing
If you opt in to text message marketing, we use your phone number to send you marketing and order-related texts. Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. See the SMS section of our Terms for message program details.
Testimonials and Reviews
If you leave a review or testimonial, it may be displayed on this site or in our marketing together with your display name. To request that a review or testimonial be updated or removed, contact us via the contact page.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and payment data is handled only by our PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in aggregated form. Email addresses on the email list are retained until you unsubscribe. Order records are retained as required by law and for legitimate business purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us via the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (such as the EU GDPR), those rights apply to you.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding personal information we have collected in the preceding 12 months:
- Right to know. The categories we collect are: identifiers (name, email, shipping address), commercial information (orders and purchase history), and internet activity (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Sources: you directly, and automatic collection through cookies and pixels. Purposes: operating the store, fulfilling orders, marketing, and analytics.
- Right to delete and right to correct your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (such as order records).
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Pixel-based ad sharing described above may qualify as "sharing"; you can opt out via the choices in the previous section.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny service, change prices, or reduce quality because you exercised any of these rights.
You may submit requests via the contact page. We will verify your request using your email address and recent order details. You may also use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your written permission.
EU and UK Visitors (GDPR)
If you visit from the EU, EEA, or UK, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (fulfilling an order), legitimate interests (operating and improving the site), and consent (email or SMS marketing, which you can withdraw at any time). Data is processed in the United States. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; to exercise them, contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Note that we currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
