Halloween Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
myMomentum LLC, doing business as Everdrive, 2810 N Church St, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and have an Instagram account. The account need not be public, but the entry comment must remain visible until winners are verified. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Starts October 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and ends November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, on Instagram: (1) follow @everdrive_official and (2) comment on the giveaway post with your Halloween costume. This earns one (1) entry. Bonus: tag one friend in a separate comment on the giveaway post to earn one (1) additional entry. Maximum two (2) entries per person regardless of the number of comments or tags. Tagging is optional and not required to win. Entries made with multiple or automated accounts are void.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about November 3, 2026, Sponsor will select ten (10) winners at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message from @everdrive_official only. A winner must reply with their full name and a US shipping address within forty-eight (48) hours. Winners are expected to be confirmed by November 5, 2026; confirmation is subject to verification and may occur later if an alternate winner is required. Potential winners may be required to provide proof of age and residency and to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, except where prohibited by law. If a winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or the prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. Sponsor will never ask for payment, a password, or financial information. Messages from any other account are not from Sponsor.
6. Prizes
Ten (10) prizes. Each prize is one Everdrive Night & Morning set (one Serenity and one Clarity), approximate retail value (ARV) US$59. Total ARV of all prizes: US$590. Prizes are shipped free of charge to a US address, on or about November 9, 2026. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Clarity contains 200 mg of caffeine per serving; use only as directed and review the product label before use.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. If fraud, technical failure, or another event impairs the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, where feasible, award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received before such action. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, employees and agents, and Instagram/Meta, from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize. Prizes are awarded as is, without warranty.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability. Information is provided to Sponsor, not to Instagram.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the giveaway is used to administer and verify the giveaway, fulfill prizes, and keep required records, and is otherwise handled as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Winners List
For the first names of the winners, email admin@everdrive.pro by December 1, 2026.
13. Product Notice
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Must be 21+ to enter.
14. Governing Law
Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any permitted action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
